bossphl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a bossphl deposit is a breach of these Terms. bossphl reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the reversed amount through all available legal means.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by bossphl are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your bossphl account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. bossphl may permanently terminate your account where a serious breach of these Terms has been established following investigation. Upon termination for cause, bossphl reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any real money balances associated with the prohibited activity.
You may request the closure of your bossphl account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, your remaining Real Money Balance (net of any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bossphl's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bossphl account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bossphl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bossphl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
bossphl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
bossphl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the bossphl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bossphl implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including 256-bit TLS encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage for data at rest. bossphl will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
bossphl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bossphl will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the bossphl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bossphl Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the bossphl support team. bossphl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter, it may also be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
